WellX Article #32: On Dieting Without Dieting

Good day readers!

As per usual, I will begin by pointing you in the direction of my first thirty-one articles published by WellX here.

Yesterday, my 32nd article was published.

Since so many of us have New Year's resolutions to lose pounds this year, this piece is about how to do it without going on an actual diet.

It is about simple, healthy eating. Well...simple in theory at least!

I am so happy to continue to work with WellnessX and share my thoughts with you and wellness professionals around the world.
